Where does the inspection and sorting actually take place?
We provide our services directly at our customers' facilities. Our workers will come to your production plant or warehouse, where they will fully adapt to your operations and internal rules.
What will your workers need from us?
We are highly self-sufficient. Our employees are equipped with their own personal protective equipment (PPE).We only need a workspace, reference samples, and clear inspection instructions from you.
How quickly can you respond to our inquiry?
Because we focus on a local service area (Liberec, Jablonec nad Nisou, Turnov, and Mladá Boleslav), we can be highly flexible. In the event of urgent quality issues in production, we strive to deploy our team as quickly as possible.
Can you adapt to our shift schedule?
Yes, we fully understand that industrial production often runs continuously and cannot stop. By prior arrangement, we can adapt our teams' working hours to your schedule, including afternoon or night shifts and weekends.
Can you also repair defective parts on the spot (rework)?
Yes, if the nature of the defect and the material allow it. We routinely perform minor adjustments, such as fine grinding. Our employees are properly trained to use hand tools and use all required personal protective equipment.
How do you report the inspection results?
We know traceability is crucial in the automotive sector. We carefully document our work. We keep records of the sorting process and provide customers with clear reports showing the exact numbers of inspected, repaired, and rejected (NOK) parts.
